I have three original Schwalbe photographs which I would like to get back to family members.I found the families in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
1, Photo taken about 1892 of Otto and William Schwalbe, in Sheboygan.Otto is about age 4 and "Willie" is about age 2; they are posed in the Koerner photographer's studio.I found these boys in Sheboygan, WI 1900 census, as sons of Ferdinand (42) and Augusta (40) Schwalbe, with birthdates of the childred as Otto: Feb 1888) and Willie (Mar 1890).
2. Helen Schwalbe, about age 3.Photo taken in about 1828.In Sheboygan, WI census of 1930, I found Otto Schwalbe (42) wife Severa (38) and daughters Margrete (10), Ruth (7), and Helen (5), with son Milton (1).So -- Helen would have been born about 1825.
3. A FAMILY photo of "Schwalbe family", taken probably in 1904 or 5 - and it shows parents with four children: boys age about 16, 14 & 10, with a girl about age 2.There are no names given except for the "Schwalbe family", but I suspect this is Ferdinand's family, and the two oldest boys are Otto and William, and the youngest boy is Alfred (who in the 1910 census is age 16 - Otto is 22 and William is 20).Who the little girl is, I have no clue.
If this is your family, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
