Mrs. Margaret Miller
After having arrived at the ripe old age of 80 years, Mrs. Margaret Miller passed away to her reward, the dissolution taking place at the family home, No. 115 Peter Street, last Friday. Mrs. Miller was the wife of John Miller, one of the oldest and most widely known citizens of the town, and had resided here for many years. She was born in Germany, but had come to this country when a young woman.
For the past three months she had been in poor health. Apoplexy was the cause of death. Mrs. Miller had many friends and her death is regretted by all. She is survived by her husband and a family of grown children. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Congregation, and the funeral was held from the church last Monday Morning at 9:30 o'clock. Many mourning friends were present and the funeral was one of the largest seen here in weeks. The remains were laid to rest in St. Agnes Cemetery at Thompson Run.
