Will of Sarah Seabaugh-1851-Bollinger MO

Last Will and Testament of SARAH SEABAUGH, December 13, 1851 - Contributed by Perry and Mildred Mayfield:
I, SARAH SEABAUGH, of the County of Bollinger in the State of Missouri, do make and publish this, my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say:
First, it is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid.
Second, it is my will and I devise and direct that my Negro woman, Silva, be retained and kept among my children, dividing her time as equal as circumstances may admit of, and my said children are to have the control of said woman jointly and have the care of her and be jointly bound to take care of said woman in case she should become unable to work and supportherself.
Third, I give and devise to my eldest son, JESSE SEABAUGH, my gray horse, "Progic," for his care and attention to me, and also the amount of money that my said son is owing me.
Fourth, I give and bequeath to my six living daughters, ELIZA BOLLINGER, POLLY A. OLD, JANE "ROBERTSON" (ROBINSON?), SARAH YOUNT, HANNAH ALMARINDA GREEN, MEARTHA E. STOTLER, all my household furniture, and they dividing the same as equal as may be among themselves.
Fifth, I give and devise to my son, DANIEL SEABAUGH, one white and red-headed heifer.
Sixth,I give and devise to the minor children of my deceased son, DAVID SEABAUGH, the sum of four dollars to be equally divided between them.
Seventh, I give and devise to the minor children of my deceased son, DAVID SEABAUGH, the sum of four dollars to be equally divided between them.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of December A.D., 1851.Signed, published and declare.Sarah Seabaugh (her mark)... in presence of us, who at her request have signed as witnesses to the same in her presence and in the presence of each.Allen Seabaugh (his mark), Jesse Seabaugh (his mark).
Sarah Seabaugh's will was recorded December 31, 1851, in the county court by Oliver E. Snider, clerk.The letters of administration with the will annexed were recorded by Oliver E. Snider February 9, 1852.Jesse Seabaugh, Sr., was appointed administrator by the county court.
There is no grave marker for Sarah Seabaugh in the Seabaugh Cemetery on Little Whitewater Creek near Mayfield.There is one for Jesse Seabaugh, Sr., who died December 23, 1868, at age 61.This will was found among land grants and abstract papers owned by Perry and Mildred Mayfield.
There is a photo of the cemetery by Linda Zimmer with the following caption:The Seabaugh Cemetery is located on a high ridge overlooking the Little Whitewater Creek valley on the Perry Mayfield farm.
