Could your Salsberry be another spelling for Salisbury? There is a William Salisbury in Bradford Co., PA, around 1810.If I remember correctly, his wife's name was Hannah Brown.I know he had at least 3 children:Hannah, Lydia, and Charles.
Now, I believe this William Salisbury was born in Connecticut (this is also where the Shailer/Shaylors for Bradford Co., PA, came from).
My connection to the Shaylors is Jemima Shaylor who m. Joseph Brooks. These two individuals were b. in Haddam, Middlesex Co., CT.They married there also.Jemima died after her 4th child was born, and Joseph married Martha Hubbard and had several more children. They eventually migrated to W. Springfield, Hampden Co., MA, and then on to Springfield Twp., Bradford Co., PA about 1813.
It may be grasping at straws, but people from Bradford Co., PA, migrated west at a steady rate.Yours could have ended up in Beaver Co.
Hope this might help you!
