Re: James Miller & Sarah Williams Shine, NC

I am researching the Wilton famioy.Robert Wilton is shown in the will of Daniel Shine of Jones County, N.C. as his son-in-law having married Daniel Shine's daughter Susannah.The Wilton's that we are researching came from North Carolina to Georgia around the turn of the 19th century. My ggggrandfather James Wilton was born in North Carolina in approximately 1785.Robert Wilton is shown in the 1790 census of Jones County and the family breakdown could be applicable.

I have also located a widow in the same area as my James Wilton names Angelica Wilton but I do not have any additional information on her.

I would appreciate any information concerning this Wilton family.
