Abraham Shroll bond as guardian of Jacob Shroll son of Daniel Shroll
Know all men by these presents that we Abraham Shroll John Moderwell & Willaim Early are held and firmly bound unto the State of Ohio in the sum of one hundred dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators firmly by these presents signed with our hands and sealed with our seals this 9th day of July A.D. 1835. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas on the ninth day of July A.D. 1835 the above named Abraham Shroll was by the associate Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of the county aforesaid at the Court House in Bucyrus _____ for the purposes of _____ administration ____ duly appointed guardian of Jacob Shroll son of Daniel Shroll decd. – Now if the said Abraham Shroll shall discharge with fidelity the trust reposed in him and render an accurate statement of his transactions with a just account of the profits arising and accruing from the real and personal estate of his ward and deliver up the same to the court when thereunto required by the court then this obligation shall be null and void and of no effect else to be and remain in full force and virtue in law. Shroll Daniel heirs guardian bond
Know all men by these presents that as John Boyer principal and Lewis Heinlin and Abraham Shroll as sureties are held and firmly bound unto the state of Ohio in the sum of four hundred dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made we do jointly and severally bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators firmly by these presents signed with our hands and sealed with our seals at Bucyrus this fourth day of April A.D. one thousand eight hundred and forty. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas on the Seventeenth day of March A.D. 1840 the above named John Boyer was by the Court of Common Pleas of the County of Crawford and state of Ohio at the Court House in Bucyrus duly appointed guardian of Margaret Shroll and Nancy Shroll minors heirs of Daniel Shroll deceased. Now if the said John Boyer shall discharge with fidelity the trust reposed in him and render an accurate statement of his transactions arising and occurring from the real and personal estate of his said wards and deliver up the same to the court when thereunto required by the court then this obligation shall cease be null and void and of none effect else to remain in full force and virtue in the law signed sealed and delivered in presence of

Shroll Daniel heirs guardian bond
Know all men by these presents that we Abraham Shroll as principal John Boyer and Lewis Heinlin as sureties are held and firmly bound unto the state of Ohio in the sum of four hundred dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made we do jointly and severally bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators firmly by these presents signed with our hands and sealed with our seals at Bucyrus this fourth day of April A.D. 1840. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas on the Seventeenth day of March A.D. 1840 the above named Abraham Shroll was by the Court of Common Pleas of the County of Crawford and state of Ohio at the Court House in Bucyrus duly appointed guardian of the person and property of Levilla Shroll and Daniel Shroll minors under the age of twelve years of Daniel Shroll deceased. Now if the said Abraham Shroll shall discharge with fidelity the trust reposed in him and render an accurate statement of his transactions with a just account of the profits arising and occurring from the real and personal estate of his said wards and deliver up the same to the court when thereunto required by the court then this obligation shall cease be null and void and of none effect else to remain in full force and virtue in the law signed sealed and delivered in presence of

William Shroll admin. Daniel Shroll deceased
We William Shroll Levi Shroll and Alexander Caldwell Sr. are bound unto the State of Ohio in the penal sum of twelve hundred dollars. To the payment of which we jointly and severally obligate ourselves. Witness our hands and seals this 14 day of January A.D. 1864.
The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound William Shroll has this day been appointed by the Probate Court of Crawford County in the State of Ohio, Administrator of the estate of Daniel Shroll late of Crawford County, Ohio deceased.
Now if the said William Shroll First shall make and return unto court an oath within three months a true inventory of all the moneys, goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased. Which have or shall come to his possession or knowledge, and also if required by the court an inventory of all the real estate of the said deceased. Secondly shall administer according to law all the moneys, goods, chattels, rights and credits of said deceased and the proceeds of all his real estate that may be sold for the payment of his debts which shall at any time come to the possession of said administrator or to the possession of any other person for him. Thirdly, shall render upon oath a true account of his administration within eighteen months and at other times when required by the court of the law. Fourthly, shall pay any balance remaining in his hands upon the settlement of his accounts to such persons as the court of the law shall direct and Fifthly, shall deliver the letters of administration unto court in case any will of the deceased shall be thereafter duly provide and allowed. Then this obligation be void otherwise in full force and virtue in law.
