Hannah Shrout the wife of Peter Shrout Jr. and lived at Bourbon Co, Ky where Peter Jr died shortly before 19 Mar 1804. Hannah is believed to be Hannah Hutson, the dau of John Hutson. This is information written in 1936 in a book by Burney Eaton a decendant of Richard Eaton who is either the brother or first cousin of Thomas Eaton the second husband of Hannah (Hutson) Shrout.Richard Eaton died at Limestone County, Texas and is buried there at the Eaton Cemetery.
Peter Shrout Jr. and Hannah Hutson probably married at Virginia before 1792, we think that because their son Abraham was shown as born in Virginia 1792 in the 1850 Census. We would expect to find John Hutson at Hampshire Co, tax lists in 1782-1784, which we do in the list of John Wilson, we find a John Hudson. In addition at Hardy Co in 1804, a Mary Hutson dec'd is shown at the dau of Thomas Dobbin as shown in his will of 20 Mar 1808.
Hannah (Hutson) Shrout married Thomas Eaton 13 Mar 1805, Thomas died before 1810. Hannah then married Daniel Hamilton on 19 Feb 1820. Daniel's first wife was Martha Hutson m in about 1801, possibly Hannah's sister.
Daniel & Hannah (Hutson) Hamilton were at Hendricks Co, Indiana at the 1840 Census. Daniel died in 1840. Hannah is buried at the Robinson New Cem, Robinson, Crawford County, Illinois.
I do now have absolute proof for the above scenario Larry Phalinphalintl@aol.com
