Looking for any kind of Family history we are supposed to have come from the West Virginia area as far as I can find out My dads name was James r Shrout it was also his dads name. My grandmothers name was Paulean Shrout (not sure on the spelling.)They were supposed to have moved from West Virginia to the Tioga,Elkland PA.area.Not sure when but i'm
47 now and lived here all my life.
