Researching Leon Shumacher born 1842 in Stiskleydorf, Switzerland who immigrated and settled in Toledo Ohio area.He married Catherine "Katy" Gard in 1871 in Lucas County, Toledo, OH.They had 13 children and later relocated to South Bend or Mishawaka, IN.
