Hi ! My Grandmother was the Atlantic Ports Record Filomena Conceicao Silveira . My Maiden name in McDonald. My mother side is the Portuguese side ! My Grandmother Maria was born in Horta Fayal Azores & Grandmother Filomena was born in Candlaria Pico Azores. Her father was Antonio Machado Silveira.
I have dug around on Pauline's side . At first I thought we were related on her side. When her brother Manuel died in 1967 someone attended his funeral . I have a card with his photo on it from the wake. Pauline had 7 sibling that I know of. The 1910 Census says her mother Roza had 8 children living at that time. There were Clara (who married Edmund Mello) , Rosie , Manuel , Joseph , John , Pauline & Antone. Her parents were Jose Rema Goulart & Roza A Emills
Manuel & Pauline had two children Rose ( who did not marry ) & John . Manuel Silveira " parents were Joao J. Silveira & Maria do Ceu . Joao Silveira might be a sibling of my Great Grandmother - digging around to find out still !! I hope some of this helps you !
