Seeking relatives of Jack Sipka, originally from the Akron, OH area. Born ca March 1945; served in the military.

He was an illustrator of books on sports, as well as author of books on health and healing in the practice of Qi Gong; lived in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area for many years.

He passed away sometime between Sept 25th and Oct. 1, 2011 in Tamarac, FL.

Would like to contact any aunts, uncles, or cousins, etc.
