Looking for information on the parents of Oscar Elwood Skiff, my grandfather.The 1870 census shows he was 1 year old at this time.His fathers name was listed as Alonzo M. Skiff, born around 1841 in Massachusetts.His mothers name was listed as Jennie, age 22 and from New York.
