As far as I know, Sally Snover’s only living descendants are
through A.J. Layton, but I’d be glad to be proven wrong.
A pencilled note in my Grandfather's handwriting gives us
information about Sally Snover's siblings although some of it is
obscure. On the back a note says Phebe Dillestin married Moses
Snover.Here’s Sally' brothers and sisters:
Nancy Snover m1 Horace Munn
m2 James Rieser
issue: Guy and Stella
Guy m. ____ Hadlock
Stella m. twice
-----------------------------
Martha Snover m. Daniel Rieser
(an array of names follows; presumably all are their
children)
Snover,Alton,
Josephine,Harriet,
Phebe,Victoria
-----------------------------
John Snover m. Hannah Park
Flora Snover m. Van Gorder
(Unclear if Flora is John's sister or daughter.)
-----------------------------
David Snover m1 ____ Rolison
m2 Mary Sanders
His offspring, by whichever wife:
Elizabeth - C. Marcus
Harriet
Halsey
(4) son(i.e. fourth child was a son?)
I hope maybe this will help someone make those vital connections.
