It lists her father as William Royll. She was born Sept 4, 1853 in Greenwich County, PA and died May 19, 1934. There is no Greenwich County in PA (more on this later).
The 1900 census shows Frank was 48 so his year of birth is 1851. Frank & Liddia Snider appear in the 1910 census of Cleveland County, OK. They are again there in 1920 as Franklin and Libbie Snyder. The 1930 census of Greene County, MO shows the widowed Ludia Snyder as the Mother-in-law of Henry Williams and his wife Anna.
You should be able to to look at all three census records at familysearch.org.
The Greenwich referred to on Lydia's death certificate probably refers to Greenwich Twp., Berks County, PA. Coincidentally the 1880 census of same shows Franklin Snyder 28, Lydia 26, Richard 7, Thomas T. 3 and A. Nora 4/12.
I could not find Lydia in the 1870 or 1860 censuses. The closest I came was a Lydia Ann Reigel (Riegel, Reigle, Riegle) who lived in Greenwich Twp and was of the right age. It may be a stretch but Royle may have been an anglicized version of the name. Snyder and Frank are just too common to find the right one in those records.
There are several very good institutions that have many genealogical records covering Greenwich Township. I suggest starting with the Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center in Kutztown which is very close to the Township. There are also the Berks County Genealogical Society, Historical Society of Berks County, Reading Family History Center and Berks county Archives to try. The Lehigh County Historical Society also has some records dealing with Greenwich Township area as it borders Lehigh County. But I would start with getting Frank's death certificate and obituary. He most likely died in Oklahoma.
