I am looking for the family of my 4g-grandmother, Nancy Elizabeth Sorrell. The following information comes from a family Bible that appears to be the family Bible of John H. Gibbs & Nancy Sorrell:

The remaining marriage entries are all descendants of John H & Nancy (Sorrell) Gibbs.
Births: Jno. H Gibbs born in Louden(sic) Co Va March 15th 1775 Nancy Sorrell Born in Orange Co Va July 4th 1779
The remaining birth entries are all descendants of John H & Nancy Gibbs.
Deaths: Nancy E. Gibbs departed this life Sept 13th 1844 John H. Gibbs departed this life Feb 26th 1847
The remaining death entries are all descendants of John H & Nancy Gibbs. # end Bible entries
Both John & Nancy died and are buried in Hancock Co., KY.In 1810, they were in Nelson Co., KY.From about 1811 to 1817, they were in Hardin Co., KY.In 1820 & 1830, they were in Jefferson Co., KY.In 1840, they were in Hancock Co., KY.
John & Nancy's first child, Wormley Sorrell Gibbs, was b. Nov. 1799 in Loudoun Co., VA.Their second child, Thomas Newman Gibbs (my line), was b. 1802 in Loudoun Co., VA.There was a Reuben Sorrell in Loudoun Co. VA who left a Will dated 29 May 1785, proven 14 Nov 1785, although I have not actually seen it.This seems a potential lead.Is anyone familiar with this Reuben Sorrell, such as who were his parents, siblings, wife, children?
I found some information posted by Dale Mueller on this Message Board in which he has included a portion of his 'William Sorrell and His Family' book, discussing William Sorrell and his sons in the Culpeper Co., VA area. This seems a likely place to spend some time researching since Culpeper was formed from Orange.
Are there any other researchers on this board with Nancy Elizabeth (Sorrell) Gibbs, b. 1779, in their tree?
