I read your posting and was amazed to see you had an Henry Albert. My husband's family is from New Orleans but they spelled the name...Soulies...perhaps dropping the the "r" and adding 's' or someone spelled it wrong along the way. I have been researching my mother's family and have found several spelling variations of her maiden name.
On my husband's side we have an Albert Henry (1888-1941) and an Albert B. Soulies (1862-1919). Think there is any connection to your family? Albert Henry moved to California and was in the rice business. Any rice people in your tree? I'm stuck on Henry B., can't seem to make an progress past him. I have found a few Soulies in New Orleans who could be related but can't verify.
Hope to hear from you...but I see you posted this quite some time ago. Thanks
