Antone arrived in US in 1872 lived here 27yrs and naturalized.Mary arrived in US in 1886 and lived here 14yrs. The couple have been married 14yrs also.Mary bore seven children and 5 were living at time of Census.
According to other sources, this couple was married in Monument, Kansas on 20 April 1886 and lived for a time in Colby, KS (likely birthplace of daughter, Anna). Wife's maiden name was Buchberger. About 1892, the family made their way to Oklahoma. Antone homesteaded here on land claim made during the Cheyenne & Arapaho Land Run. He died in 1930.
