William Spera (aka Wilhelm Spiera?)

Looking for info on William Spera, born in Elsas Germany before 1753.He was married to Mary Boyer and the lived in Southeastern Pennsylvania.They had 10 children, with one being John Spera.Johnwas born November 9, 1768, and was married to Catherine Gensemer.Their children included Hanna Spera, who married John Stamm.If you have any information on William or any of the families mentioned, I would appreciate the help.
