I have an R Spratley married to a M Jones from Surry County, Virginia.Their daughter would be Cordelia Ann Jones Blizzard Jenkins, ( C A Jones in the book) my Great Great Great Grandmother.I found R Spratley and M Jones listed as the parents of Cordelia (Delia) in the Surry County Marriage Book 1853 to 19..?Cordelia was married to Henry Blizzard or John Henry Blizzard in 1871, August 4.Could this R Spratley be your Richard?
