Hi Raymond
I just spotted your mail on Genforum. Not something I look at very much these days as most Staveley researchers have migrated to their Yahoo Staveley Group!! (about 40 subscribers I believe)
However I do know who your William Staveley (b.1792)is. Not my own line but normally called the Anston line being the town nr. Rotherham where they lived. I have given a copy of a report under which highlights the specific descendants of this man (as much as I know). As you will see he did indeed have a daughter Anne, who died in infancy so is clearly not the Anne Staveley you seek. Are you sure you are looking at the correct family group. I have four other Annes for this family group but none are near this period.
If the marriage was in Lonsdale (is this Kirby Lonsdale?), which is implied, there are other Staveley groups to consider I think.
