As a side note, I realized I had further information about the family that might be useful to someone.
I have more information about Henrich and Anna Margaretha Steigerwald (their spouses and at least a few of Anna Margaretha's children ... from Baptismal records) if anyone is interested.
Also, the migration of Georg Deidrich and his family to America is recorded in "Pennslyvania German Pioneers", "Emmigrants from the Principlaity of Hessen-Hanua, Germany, 1741-1767", and the translated texts of German archives "Hessisiche Auswander (Hesaus), I Auswanderer aus Hanau in 18 jahrhundert", Veroffentlichungen der Archivschule Marburg.
There were at least two other Steigerwalds that came to America and to that same area of Pennsylvania (most likely related to Georg Deidrich [brothers?] but not established at this time. They were Johannes and Johann Peter, who came together aboard the ship "Ranier" on 26 Sep 1749 with other emigrants from Hanau, Germany.I have a little bit (I think) for Johann Peter from baptismal records if needed.
