BARBARA MEREK, aka. MERK, MARK, MERRICK, may be related to MERRICK of STARK family. (Barbara's husband is PETER DUB, b. 1829)
Children & their godparents are:
BARBARA DUB (DUPP): godparents, John DOFFIN (son of Nicholas and Anna Maria daughter of Peter LAMBIAR?, wife of Laurence? DUB.) Christened Sept 16, 1855, St. John Evnglst, St. John, IN.

Also, Peter Dub, b. 1852 to 1854 (probably May 4th), son of Peter (Petras) Dub (Dupp) and Barbara Merek, married Mary Martin, b. 1860, daughter of John & Catherine, of Woodstock, IL, on August 10, 1875, at St. Peter's Church, in Chicago, Illinois. Married by Father Fischer.
Father Fischer was a traveling priest, who went back & forth between St. John Evnglst Church in Indiana, and St. Peter's church in Chicago. During the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, Fr. Fischer prayed to St. Anthony to spare St. Peter's church, and promised that if St. Peter's church was spared, Father Fischer would build a church in honor of St. Anthony. St. Peter's church was spared, and keeping his word, he had St. Anthony's Church in the Bridgeport area of Chicago built.
So, if you are looking for records from any of these churches, you might want to check all three. (St. Anthony's in now called All Saints -- St. Anthony's, because All Saints was torn down to put in an expressway, at which time they combined with St. Anthonys.)
