And the said Robert C. Stotts is now duly sworn as such administrator in open court as perscribed by this statute in such cas mad and provided, and it is ordered by this court that letters of administration do issue to the said Robert C. Stotts which is accordingly done and this case is continued: Which said oath and letters are in these words and figures following, towit: I do solomnly swear that I will honestly and faithfully discharge the duties and trusts committed to me as administrator of the estate of Andrew M. And afterwards, towit: at the February term of said court held as Aforesaid before the Judge last aforesaid, towit, On Wednesday The eleventh day of Febraurry in the year of our lord One Thousand Eight hundred and forty six, It being the third Judicial day Of said term.Comes now Robert C. Stotts administrators of Said estate and asked the court to appoint some person in his stead as administrator of said estate, and the promises being seen by the court.It is oredered that said Robert C. Stotts be and ils hereby discharged from the said administration, and on motion, It is ordered that David G. Stotts be appointed Administrator de bonis nors of said estate, and the said David G. Stotts now files his bond as such Admt. In the words and figures following towit: Know all men by these presents that we David G. Stotts, William H. Craig, and Joseph M. Worthington all of Morgan County Indiana are held and firmly bound unto the State of Indiana in the sum of Three hundred dollars for the Payment whereof we bind ourselves, our heir, executors and Administrators jointly and severaly, firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and dated this 9th day of February 1846.The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound David G.
