I did see a William Strack age 22 on the 1880 Philadelphia, Pa census at the LDS website.He could be yours since he probably married in PA.He was living with a Frederick & Elizabeth Homung both in their 50's.Philadelphia might have his marriage record to Josephine c1883 and if they do you might get her maiden name/parents names.This is not my family so I don't need the info you have, but good luck with this.Patty
