Begining at a Gum Tree marked with 12 notches & the Letters IP, Thence running by the side of the Branch or Swamp of Cooper's Creek being a corner of John Fitz Patrick's 55 Acres & Running from thence Joining on s'd. Land South 26º East 169 Perches to a Corner White Oak Said to be formerly marked IB but since blocked out, being a Corner of Joseph Stretch's Land, thence Joining on s'd. Land N 25º W 106 Perches to a Stake or Stone by the Side of the Branch of s'd Cooper's Creek thence up the Branch Side bounding on the Several Courses thereof to the Begining, Containing 118 acres or thereabouts ( more or Less).
The Mortgage Deed Dated the 9th day of June ADom.'. 1772, was acknowledged the same day before Andrew Sinnickson, Esq.
Principal Sum £150 Proc.'n Money Payable the 25th day of March ADom.'. 1773 with Interest. The Deed was brought to the office & Recorded the 13rh day of June ADom.'. 1772 by me, G. Trenchard
