Lipincott, James Atkinson, John Duvell (?) and Thomas Davis, being that Plantation that his
father John Hampton left him by will and containing One hundred Acres of Land, Meadow
and Swamp.
Mortgage Deed dated Feb'y. Fifteenth 1783 and Acknowledged the 19th of the same Month
before John Mayhew, Esquire.
Principal Sum Forty Three Pounds Five Shillings, payable with Interest the 15th Day of
February 1785.
Mortgage Deed brought to the Office and Received the Twentieth day of February 1783 by
