Amanda could of been from a different marriage.
In his will written 1 November 1865 It states To my children Lockey Jane Coleman Elizabeth Lee, wife of William Lee Amanda M. Waddle Permelia A. Dickerson, wife of E.D. Dickerson Nancy C Layman Louisa C. Bumpus Sarah Jenkins Sarah Wood, land in Goochland, Knox Co. Mo. William S. Talbott Charles W. Talbott To the sons of Pernelia A.: John S. Farmer J. William Farmer J. W. Farmer Peter F. Farmer by her first husband, S.C. Farmer E.D. Dickerson and John Layman, Exe. Witnesses: Robert T. Davidson, W.D. Daily, George N. Sharp, and S.C. Davidson. Recorded: 31 October 1873
I wonder if Sally W. is the same person as Sarah Wood?
Maybe the Sarah Jenkins was born after the 1850 census.
I think the Talbott's were around La Plata, and La Plata is in the N.E. corner of Macon Co. and just across the border from Knox Co.
