I'm sorry but I have not found any connection with the names you give as none appear in my records. All of my Tappins originate from Surrey (mainly Guildford area), one possible link MAY be through a James Tappin born Ripley Surrey in 1853 who became a Policeman in Greenwich during the 1870's, he had sons born in London.
