Hi Dee.
I think this is our guy.
Parliamentary Collection Bundle 68, No. 1 in the record Office, Dublin.
A Listin Ireland at a Muster taken for six
months ending the 29th of September, 1720.
Heads of Families with the Rt. Hon. Thomas, Lord Southwell and the Rt.
Hon. Dowager Lady Southwell at Ballingarran, Killaheen, Castle-Mattress
and Court-Matress in the County of Limerick
John George AlteimMathw. KoughJohn [Jacob Tettler]
There was John Tetler on Queen Anns list 1709 Singleman. thats the only Teter on the list from Nassau. 9 of the families are listed as French huguenot which incleuds John Tetlor.
This Jacob is to old 1725 So he appears to be from the earlier George Tettler also splled Teytor .
This maybe the the Jacob Teeter of Pine Island NC 1730.
Trying to find the other 2 brothers George Teater and Samuel Teater listed with Jacob 1752 in Edgecombe NC..
Do you know anyone around Boone Mo Id like to get all 8 copies of those Wills the 4 Teater Wills and the 4 Harris Wills. All of that put together should be a gold mine of info.
As for Tyree Harris 1760 and the Indians connected I have a ton of info iwil send shortly.
As you can see Robert Teater did leave Henry Kentucky and joined his older brother George Teater Jr up there in Boone Co. Those 2 wills are the Priority.
