Hannah Thackara (1773-1839) m.1791 Joseph Jones

I have found the following entry in the Compendium of American Genealogy, Vol. VI, p. 332:
Hannah Thackara (1773-1839) m.1st 1791 to Joseph Jones (1770-1816) Camden NJ. Hannah's father is stated as Benjamin Thackara of Newton Twp, Gloucester Co. NJ.

I am researching the surname JONES and would like to know if anyone has information on this Joseph Jones (1770-1816). I have a Joseph JONES who died in Davidson Co. NC in 1816/17.I believe he was from New Jersey.
