Thank you for sending me a copy of the deed. It was very considerate of you to share. Thank you. This deed is straightforward and written in third person singular which is consistant throughout. The three individuals mentioned in the deed are the Reverend William Thames born 1n 1760 and his two sons. David was born in 1780 and his brother William was born in 1788. The two famlies mentioned are the family of Reverend William and the family of his son David. William, the son of Reverend William, is of course included in his family. Reverend William is giving land to David and wants to continue using that land along with the rest of his family. So he puts an "Exception" in the deed that his family can continue to use this land through the natural life of his son William. William born 1788 married Deborah Newberry on November 7, 1811. David's son William is born much later, May 10, 1813. David's family, in 1803, consisted of wife Hannah, daughters Mary born in 1799 or 1800, Margaret born in 1803 and his oldest son Amos born in 1801. I have proved David's son William born 1813 in my last post, message #411.My answer henceforth concerning any attempt to disprove William 1813 will be a reference to message #411 and this one. No distorted convoluted explanation can change what is stated in this deed; the sale of property document of Crawford Co. GA executed in 1853; the Georgia Census and Tax lists or the recorded Marriage Bond of William Thames and Nancy Autery dated May 14, 1832. All of these are legal documents. You can also add the information found in the Bible by David Thames great-great granddaughter Mae Steele Smith. That Bible was once the property of Isabelle Evans Nicholson, David Thames granddaughter. You have not produced one document nor shred of evidence that would refute any of this, because it does not exist. You have not produced one document nor shred of evidence to prove William Thames Fayette/Clayton Co. GA was the son of Reverend David Thames, because it does not exist. I would really rather have discussed this privately instead on this public forum.
