Please excuse me for seeming to be "condescending." I was only drawing from my own experience concerning "belief," wanting something to be true, and twisting in the wind because I would not let go. The way you phrased your predicament made me think of past flummoxations of my own. So again, excuse me, my tact is sometimes lacking.
One final thing. I would like to know if your Purdy CD has Monmouth Purdy, Solomon Purdy, and Nathan Purdy, as sons of Daniel Purdy, born circa 1680. This is obscure stuff, and I'd like to know how deep the research was for the CD. My information comes from transcripts of letters, dated 1714-1719, from the schoolmaster at Rye to the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts in England. If the CD has this it must be excellent.
