Theurer, age 53, of Dundee, formerly of Tecumseh, died Monday, Dec. 17, 2007, at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. She was born in Hudson, Mich., May 20, 1954, to Paul L. and Donia C. (Elliott) Julian. She married Timothy Theurer, July 8, 1989, at Saline. She was a Dundee Community Schools Middle School counselor and also had taught at the middle school. She was with the Dundee School District for 27 years. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Michigan University and received her Master of Arts degree from Central Michigan University. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tecumseh. Survivors include her twin daughters, Chelsea and Caitlin, both at home; three sisters, Sara (Tom) Sampeer of Vonore, Tenn., Janice (Donald) Farmer of Parma and Jane (Jon) Layton of Mason; two brothers, Philip (Mary Ann) Hart of Hudson and Carroll (Beth) Hart of Ann Arbor, and 10 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both of her parents. There will be no formal visitation. Friends may call on Friday, Dec. 21, 2007, from 12:30 until a 1:30 p.m. service at the Dundee Middle School Gymnasium. Officiating will be the Rev. Drew Hart. Arrangements were handled by the Cover Funeral Home in Dundee. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a scholarship fund for her daughters through United Bank and Trust, 260 Tecumseh St., Dundee, MI 48131. I do not research this family.
