Carr W. was the son of Robert T. Thrift.This is where it gets sticky.Robert T. might have been a Flanagan.He sued the estate of George Thrift of Virginia for his inheritance which he won and then turns up in Washington county GA with a couple of the Thrift children one of which was married to a Carr.That is where the Carr William name came from.I'm doing this from memory so get back to me if it seems messed up.
