Thanks for the reply and the information on Saphronia's daughter. Her will dated 9 June 1849 and filed in Summit Co., OH does not mention any children. The girl aged 10-15 listed on the 1840 census may have been a sister of Saphronia's rather than a daughter. One sister that age is missing from the Mrs. Dunbar household which is two households above George and Saphronia's on the same census page. Widowed Mrs. [Benjamin E.] Dunbar (nee Rhoda Hall) should have had two daughters 10-15, Lucy Snow Dunbar and Laura Dunbar, but only one is listed in 1840. Was the other living with Saphronia and George?
