Yes, we are very much related.Cousins...William Lafayette Tiffin was my uncle, my dad, Roy Alexander Tiffin was his brother who was much younger.William Lafayette Tiffin was born in 1884, I think. My dad was born in 1900.He was born in Alma, Arkansas too, as were my two brothers, Jimmy and Ed Tiffin; but, I was born in Dallas, Texas.I never met William Lafayette Tiffin though. He died in 1957 I think. My dad called him Fette.
I met his son though Curtis who lived in Pea Ridge, Arkansas and his daughter Jean.
That makes us 1st. cousins, twice removed...We live in Austin, Texas right now but also have a house near Dallas and you have quite a few cousins near Dallas that you don't know and still some in Arkansas also.
There are two older cousins, Bill and Jack Tiffin in Ozark, Arkansas who are sons of Charles Clayton Tiffin, my dad's brother. My dad would be your great grand uncle.
I've got your family tree way back and its all on roots web, WorldConnect.Your Tiffins came from Alabama before Arkansas and Ohio before that and northwest England before that.
