Morgan:Are You kiddin'? I'm 74 and my legs don't work too well anymore. I would love to root around over there to see what they are hiding on the Tillinghasts, the Pardons, the Brownes, and the Flights, but frankly I'm just not fit anymore. On top of that , I'm not a genealogist. I did my research on my own at great expense and I spared no expense. I went where the info led me. If there is one thing I learned it's that this stuff is where you find it and I traveled the East coast and the Gulf untill I found my connections. I'm satisfied that I'm right but I don't expect others to agree with me so I give the places where I find the data. As for the Chart;
Title: "Kings & Queens / Europe" A Genealogical chart of the Royal houses of Great Britain and Europe. Illustrated by: Romilly Squire, Herald Printer Extraordinary to the Court of Lord Lyon. Compiled by:Anne Taute' This chart is 48 inches X 35 inches and in many colors. For Orders;the University of North Carolina Press 1-800-848-6224I don't remember exactly but I think the price was $12.00 + shipping etc.
There are about 31 countries represented with some going back to before some of them were countries but were still a bunch of little Kingdoms. Three countries not on the chart are; ITALY, WALES and IRELAND. The old Angle Kingdom starts with Eadgar; [r-959-975 AD] The new Kingdom starts with William,the Conqueror, [r1066- 1087]. There are many of the Coats of Arms of the different Kingdoms, etc. If you ever wondered about the 'Royal' connections, then you should have this chart. Russia and the Netherland countries are also included. Anyone who has ever found a 'Royal' person in their ancestry should find them here. I'm not touting the chart; just pointing to a very good source of info that's all in one place.
The book; "Bloodline of the Holy Grail" which makes many very ancient connections,[and here there is always room for contention;[especially for me since I don't believe in the Religious theory of man on earth for only some 10,000 years], and many early Welch, Irish, Pictish, Scottish [and so- forth],Kingdoms can be obtained from 'Element Books',P.O. BOX 830, Rockport, Mass. 01966--9930 I have also an old British Royalty Chart that concerns the line of British Royalty only and was printed in England 2 years before I was born and so is none obtainable. I got it in 1968 when a Bookstore burned down in New York City and it was discarded for $0.25. It shows the Hebrew lines from Judah's bastard twin sons oF Tamar and many other country lines when they were only small Kingdoms that eventually led to the present day Royal Family. And it shows how that this British family is not British at all, they're German, and their surname is not Windsor as we have been led to believe since WWII. And on and on it goes. Regards to everyone,Elton
