TISDALL - The funeral of the late Sophia C. Tisdall took place yesterday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home of Mr. George W. Faulkner, 14 Beach street.Rev. B. A. Wilmott conducted the services at the home.He spoke very feelingly of his visits to the deceased during her long illness.The floral offerings were many and beautiful, among them being a large spray of white pinks and roses, from her sisters and brothers, Lizzie, Mahalah, Nellie and Tom;spray of chrysanthemems, Mr. and Mrs. Steward Guilline and family;large spray of roses, chrysanthemems and pinks, Mr. and Mrs. Cahrles Ellis;spray of roses and pinks, Mr. and Mrs. George W. Faulkner and family;spray of white pinks, Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Sargent;spray of pinks, Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Lewis;spray from Mr. and Mrs. Read;spray of white pinks, Mrs. Smith of the lowell hospital.The bearers were Mr. Chas. Ellis, Mr. James Cunningham, Mr. Josph Scobel, and Mr. William Sargent.Burial was in the Edson cemetery.Undertaker Young in charge.
