Terry,
I am from Parkersburg and have visited the cemetery where the Blacks are buried.William R.Black's stone is
not there, or at least in a condition that I can determine that it is definitely his.His parents' stones are still there, although his father's has been replaced by a somewhat modern stone, which, by the way, had the wrong death date inscribed on it.The mother's stone is the original one, however.I think William is buried in the row below his parents. There is a stone in the ground and it has badly deteriorated. There is no sign of his wife's stone, Nancy Ptomey, but there is a sunken spot next to where I believe William is buried. The cemetery is not in Lubeck, however, it is nearer Mineral Wells.
I would enjoy corresponding with you. Be in touch.
Becky
