John Budd II died in 1684.Mary Horton, wife . Ann Budd was born Jan 5 1666 as per Southold Town Records. Her sister Mary was born in Sept. 1654. (STR) Ann was 18 and not married in 1684 when her father made his willnor in 1686(see below). By 1697 Ann was the wife of her first cousin, Benjamin Horton son of Joseph Horton (son of Barnabas I) and Jane or Joan Budd.
If she married a John Tooker it would have been between 1686 and 1697. Can you tell me if she did marry a John Tooker and which one? ******* This is from the probate of John Budd II's will found in Southold Town Records.

Then received by me Christopher Yongs SENR of Southold of John Tutthill Senr and Isaac Arnold executors to the estate of Mr. John Budd late of Southold deceased, Ten cattle, ten sheep, one horse and amare, two swine, and five pounds ten shillings and two pence, in goods at mony price, all amounting to the sum of thirty three pound sixteen shillings and ten pence money, and the sum of twenty three pound, one shilling and five pence in debts assigned to me, and a percell of land and meadow being a Legacy given unto my wife Mary Yongs by her father Mr. John Budd in his last will, of which said sum and sums and all other demaunds, I doe acquit and discharge the said executors by these presents. John Budd of Southold deceased did in his lifetime as may appear by his last will and testatment bearing date 27th October 1684, give and grant unto his daughter Ann, NOW the wife of Benjamin Horton halfe the lands and meadows belonging to him in Ocquabauk division??Know all men by these presents that I John Budd, the son of Lt. John Budd of Southold deceased, doe by these presents give grant, and confirme unto my well beloved sister Ann the wife of Benjamin Horton of S'hold all that part of land and meadow in Ocquabock division given to her by my father in his last will, with all the right I now have , or might have ever hereafter, unto her the sd Ann her heirs and assigns.To have and to hold etc
