I DAVID TOOL of the State of Alabama and county of Dallas do make and
declarethis my last will and testament in themannerand form following
viz.I give and bequeath to my dear andbeloved wife all of my estate goods
and chattels during her natural life.Andather death I give and bequeath
untomydaughterJudith Futchmy negro girl Nelly.I give and bequeath
tomydaughter Penelope Works my negro woman Phillis.I give and
bequeathunto myGrandson Jessee Works my negro man Sey all my land

of the money I have at this time and one bed.
