Jacob Tosh - Pittsylvania County Virginia 1700s
In researching my Saunders/Sanders family of Pittsylvania County Virginia some 11 years ago, I came across the following:

Looking at this this past week with fresh eyes - and more knowledge - I wonder if this is a family dispute over land a father or grandfather (Jacob Tosh) sold to Daniel Crider (probably where his mill was) and the defendents, George Tosh, et al, were standing in Daniel's way of using the property.
I can find nothing about this Jacob Tosh, or the parentage of George Tosh. Are the women listed Jacob's daughters, and George Tosh is their brother?
My interest lies primarily in Henry Saunders and his wife Margaret, Germans (well, Henry was) who had come from Lancaster County, PA to Pittsylvania probably about the time Jacob Berger arrived.I believe Henry and Margaret are the parents (or perhaps grandparents) of Jacob Saunders/Sanders, b 1772 in Pennsylvania d. 1849 Williamson County, IL and who was my gggg-grandfather.Was Henry's wife Margaret a TOSH?
I recently had my mt-DNA and autosmal DNA tested. One of the people with whom I match some chromosomes has TOSH ancestry. We don't know if our match is TOSH but the above to me looks like it might be a hint.
I do know that Jacob Berger's sister Catherine was married to Daniel Crider.
I would love to hear from anyone who can tell me more about the above people and if I am jumping to conclusions or may be on the right path to identifying a great-grandmother.
