Thank you Elizabeth. My main interest is the Harry family,so my knowledge of Tremaine is limited. It would appear we have a common interest in the 1801 marriage at St Merryn of Richard Harry born St Kew and Philippa Tremain. He was described as a "sojourner" and she OTP.The witnesses were Thomas Parsons and William Grigg.Their first two children were born St Merryn, later children were born at St Breock. This Philippa (Tremaine) Harry died 1851 aged 78.There is a Monumental Inscription at St Breock.Likewise for Richard who died 1845 aged 68. I believe that Richard b1776 St Breock was a son of William Harry and Margaret/Marjory Cook(e). The grandparents may have been Richard Harry of St Kew and Ann Lobb. I was aware that Philippa's parents were Michael and Elizabeth (Hicks). I think that there is a Harry/Hicks connection through a St Kew marriage of William Harry to a widow Philippa Lynam (nee Hick(e)s).
