I believe Edward 1845 is the son of William Tremelling and Elizabeth Harvey.William was born in 1802.I have it as April 5.He married Elizabeth on March 19, 1829.Children Elizabeth July 18, 1830, died May Nov 4 1832, Ann/Amy April 4, 1836, Elizabeth Jane April 2, 1837, William Aug 24, 1839 and Edward Jan 27, 1843. The family resides in Crowan in the 1841 census parents both listed as age 30 although direction were to round down to the nearest 5 year increment.Elizabeth was age 9, Mary age 7, Elizabeth Jane age 3 and William age 11 months. 1851 census parents age 45 & 40 respectfully living at Leedstown near Crowan.Mary was age 16 Elizabeth Jane age 14, William age 12 and Edward age 8.I also show an Elizabeth who had died on June 27 1844.I believe this was the oldest daughter. Census 1861 again in Leedstown near Crowan Parents age 59 and 61.William all of a sudden younger than his wife.Mary age 18, William 20 and Edward age 18. Census 1871 Elizabeth is age 70 with husband William not listed,Mary age 37 and William age 31.Your Edward is not listed. Finally census 1881 Elizabeth age 77 and son William age 40. Both of the census records are listed as Crowan.
Now on the William's parents:John Tremelling 3rd Quarter1762 and Anne Glasson Abt 1771.These are my ancestor's also by my research however I'm stuck on these two individules.I show 8 children and have found Parents John and Anne in the 1841 census.Look at Horsedown in Crowan. If you agree with me great. If you have leads on the parents of John and Anne Glasson even better.I would sure like to know about them.I can send you the details if you desire.
Are you still in Olympic form?I had a nephew who was the Big Ten indoor decathalon champion a few years ago.He said it was way to much work to keep up the regiment of training.Anyway I hope you receive this and are still interested in the subject.Your cousin "I think" Jerry.
