I don't have access to the Naples land records; so at the moment I can only offer offer my best guess. In March of 1904 there was a tax collector form that area by the name of John Trickey. You can check that out here:
This John, most likely, was the John Trickey born 07 Mar 1845 in Windham. With the pond having been named much earlier he was not likely the original owner. But his parents, Peter Trickey (b. 31 Jan 1804) and Harriet Hanson(b. 10 Feb 1814) very possibly were. They were both born in Windham. There are other possibilities, but these were the closest Trickeys to Naples at the time.
I am interested in the history of the Pond, too; and if I can find the land records I'll let you know.
