Dear Reatha, I have found your ancesters. Frederick Trolinger appears in the 1850 census Alamance Co.,N.C. North Dist. p113, 8/6enum.#128. Shows: Fred-30, Absilla-30, Jacob-9,Sarah-5 & Margaret-2. This would make Margaret abt. 1847 D.O.B. My Gr.Grandfather's bible reads: Moses Blanchard Trolinger, son of Jacob (Henry) and lists among J.H.'s children; Frederick, dob April 21, 1819. This means that we are cousins. Ist cousins probably three times removed. Apparently Fredericks son Jacob Henry moved to Catawba Co. N.C. as I have a copy of his death certificate which names his father as Frederick.
I hope this helps you out. I have all kinds of proof of our family up to Adam Drollinger. After that you should contact Mrs. Patricia Trolinger.who has submitted records back to the 15th century in Germany, to the Family Tree Maker.
