You have made some very good points. I know how hard it is to verify information from so far back. Some of my information came from the Truman library in Missouri. Some came from parish records in England. Since some of these Trumans were ministers it seems most likely they could have moved more than the average person then. Here is the record I have for the Truman who went to Md. Baptism record: Records for Yorkshire West Riding and Nottinghamshire, Walesby: Henrie s Mster Henry Turman 17 Dec 1629 It appears his father Henry is the one who moved from Northampton to Nottingham. The next Henry back lived in Northampton also.Then his father Richard also lived in Northampton so actually there wasn't that much moving around. I will seriously consider your suggestions though and try to get more proof that I have the right Henry's as there are so many of them. The Henry of 1597 was in Cromwell because that is where he was sent to preach. Thanks for notifying me.
