Louisiana Tubb Famiy

In Falls county, Texas in 1880 there are two families, one of James C. Tubb and the other of Jesse F. Tubb. Both reportedly married Winzer sisters. Both list Louisiana as their birthplace. Can anyone tell me more about their families and if they were brothers?
