Seeking family background of John ULRICH (b ca 1839, d. after 1910) and his wife Phoebe M. (mnu; b ca 1839, d. 3 March 1906) of Watsontown, Northumberland Co. PA.
John ULRICH was the son of William ULRICH & his wife Eve (mnu). Wm. & Eve are in Centre Co PA (1830 & 1840 Census), in Clinton Co PA (1850 Census), in Lycoming Co PA (1860 Census), and finally in Northumberland Co PA (1870 & 1880 Census). Wm & Eve died in Watsontown after 1880 and probably are buried in Watsontown Cemetery ("Mother" & "Father") next to their son John ULRICH & daughter-in-law Phoebe M. ULRICH.
John ULRICH was born ca 1839-40 and died after 1910, prob in Hagerstown, Washington County, MD, where he was enumerated in the 1910 Census in the household of his son Wm. Henry Ulrich & his daughter-in-law Mary Alice (nee BONNER) ULRICH.
John ULRICH fought to support the Union during the Civil War, and enlisted on 8 August 1862 as a Private in one of the "PA Nine Month Regiments;" he served with B Company, 131st PA Infantry Regiment until his discharge in Harrisburg PA on 23 May 1863. He was at Antietam, Fredericksburg, and Chancellorsville, and was lucky to have mustered out just before the carnage at Gettysburg. Shortly after his 23 May 1863 discharge, he married Phoebe M., and their first child was born ca 1864. Children of John & Phoebe Ulrich include:

Can anyone supply Phoebe M.'s maiden name, or provide any additional background on this interesting family? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
