Searching for UK Relatives

My grandfather, Joseph Thomas Uttley, was brought to Canada in 1901 under the Waifs and Strays Act.I know very little of his family in England, but do know he had a sister named Alice Uttley.I have obtained my grandfather's file from Barnardos but would love to find any relatives in England.
